SamTrans Seeks Community Volunteers for Advisory Committee
The San Mateo County Transit District is soliciting volunteers for its Citizens Advisory Committee.
The 15-member CAC is responsible for providing input on the needs of transit users and informing county residents of transit programs and acts in an advisory capacity to the board of directors. Applicants should be able to represent the needs of transportation users and the community.
The recruitment seeks to fill five positions that have three-year terms.

Two bus rider representatives

One multimodal representative
The CAC meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Transit District’s administrative offices in San Carlos.

The Transit District’s vision is to be a mobility leader, providing transportation choices and a sustainable future that meets the needs of our diverse communities.
