SamTrans is in the process of redesigning and updating its website, and the agency would like to hear from customers on what they would like to see on the new site.

The six-question survey asks customers about their main reasons for riding SamTrans, as well as the top three areas they most commonly visit on the current website.

SamTrans operates bus service throughout San Mateo County and into parts of San Francisco and Palo Alto, carrying more than 44,000 riders on an average weekday.
